monday, Monday, MONDAY!

Hello friends,

We started our day a little earlier. We had our 3rd and final LAB and talked about being a servant. During our time in our groups we talked about being like Jesus means we are loving and have the same serving attitude as Jesus. LOVE + SERVING = Emptying ourselves for others.
We also spent time on our last BIG ROOM. A wonderful time of AWESOME music and final words.

During the conference I {Lacey} got a call from Kristin from City Gate. She said that they had a little problem at the the Northeast site and that they needed to cancel the program at that site for the day. So we grabbed a little lunch and made our way to Wisconsin Avenue Baptist Church to hang out with a few kids. We played a few games, and sang a few songs. We finally got to meet Lauren and her group from Indiana. We had time to figure out and make a plan for the rest of the week. We should be able to get back to the Northeast site tomorrow. We had a great dinner and decided to take in a few of the sites.
